Pranayama is an ancient yogic practice of conscious breath regulation, derived from the Sanskrit words Prana, meaning “life energy”, and Ayama, meaning “regulation”. In the traditional yogic path, Atha Yoganushasanam initiates the discipline of the mind and consciousness, while pranayama serves as the essential bridge connecting the physical body, the subtle mind, and our inner energy system.
Authentic, classical breathwork practices rooted in traditional teachings, designed to cultivate prana and clear the subtle energetic pathways (nadis) within the body.
